Welcome to MoiCash. By using our service, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before use.

1. Definitions

  • "MoiCash" or "We": The MoiCash shopping cashback platform
  • "User" or "You": An individual using the MoiCash service
  • "Service": All features and functionality of MoiCash
  • "Commission": Funds from Shopee Affiliate shared with users
  • "MoiCash Wallet": The accumulated commission balance in a user's account

2. Eligibility

To use MoiCash, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old
  • Have a bank account in Vietnam (for withdrawals)
  • Provide accurate and truthful information
  • Not use the service for unlawful purposes
  • Be responsible for keeping your login credentials secure

3. How It Works

3.1. Starting your purchase

For some brands you paste a product link into MoiCash; for the rest you open the store inside the app. Either way, the estimated cashback is shown before you buy.

3.2. Calculating cashback

Cashback for each order is determined by the brand and product category at the time of purchase, and is shown in the app before you buy. The displayed rate is an estimate; the final amount depends on the brand's reconciliation.

3.3. Order confirmation

Cashback is confirmed after the brand reconciles the order. The waiting period varies by brand and is stated on that brand's detail page. Cancelled or refunded orders do not earn cashback.

4. Withdrawals

  • Minimum withdrawal balance: 10,000₫
  • No limit on the number of withdrawals
  • Processing time: 1-24 business hours
  • Withdrawals go to a bank account in your name
  • No withdrawal fees

5. Referral Program

5.1. Referrer benefits

Earn 5,000₫ for each successful referral. A referral is considered successful when the friend completes their first order of 50,000₫ or more within 30 days of registration. In addition, the referrer earns 5% lifetime commission on the referred user's subsequent eligible orders.

5.2. Referred user benefits

Get an extra 5% cashback on the first 3 orders. The actual cashback rate depends on the product category and the program in effect at the time of purchase.

5.3. Limits

  • Up to 50 referrals per month
  • You cannot refer yourself
  • Each person can be referred only once

6. Prohibited Conduct

You MUST NOT:

  • Create multiple accounts to commit fraud
  • Use bots or automated scripts
  • Purchase then refund to claim commission
  • Share your account with others
  • Deliberately create fake orders
  • Interfere with MoiCash systems
  • Use another person's information to register

7. Handling Violations

When a violation is detected, MoiCash may:

  • Warn and require you to stop the violating behavior
  • Temporarily suspend the account to investigate
  • Reclaim fraudulent commissions
  • Permanently ban the account
  • Report to authorities if necessary

8. Limitation of Liability

MoiCash is NOT responsible for:

  • The quality of products purchased on Shopee
  • Disputes between you and sellers on Shopee
  • Changes to commission policies from Shopee Affiliate
  • Service interruptions due to technical issues beyond our control
  • Damages caused by your sharing of login credentials

9. Intellectual Property

All content, design, logos, and trademarks on MoiCash are our property. You may not copy, distribute, or use them for commercial purposes without written consent.

10. Termination

10.1. By you

You may delete your account at any time. Any remaining balance will be transferred to your bank account (if eligible for withdrawal).

10.2. By MoiCash

We may terminate the service for you if you violate these terms. We will give 30 days' notice if we discontinue the service entirely.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When there are significant changes, we will notify you by email or within the app at least 7 days before they take effect. Continuing to use the service after changes means you accept the new terms.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam. Any disputes will be resolved by a competent court in Vietnam.
